Match Sponsorship Request

If you are interested in having Grumpy Duck Shooting sponsor your match, please fill out the information below. All requests should be submitted atleast 3 months prior to your match date to allow banners and merchandise/gift certificates to arrive in time. Please attach sponsorship documentation to include sponsorship levels, shipping address for goods in either a .DOC or .PDF format.
